LOCATION:
Belina Restaurant & Karaoke is located along the main road from Mataram (Ampenan) to Senggigi. Coming from Ampenan, it is about 500m further than Jayakarta Hotel, and 200 before Bintang Senggigi Hotel.

DESCRIPTION:
1. In the front of the Restaurant, the is a parking area of about 16 x 25m
2. RESTAURANT: the Restaurant building consists of a two stories, and is built on a surface of 16 x 16m. Its architecture and decoration is in the Balinese style. The lower floor houses a restaurant space with capacity about 50 persons, the kitchen, office and toilets. There is also a stage for house life music. Complete with audio equipment and a piano. On the first floor, there is a stylish bar, covered space for about 20 persons, terrace space for about 30 persons and a toilet.
3. GEN SET: Due to frequent shutdowns from the Electricity Company (PLN), the use of a Gen set is compulsory. Belina is equipped with a 50 KVA Genset, with automatic startup.
4. KARAOKE: There is also a Karaoke facility in the restaurant building first floor, but the main Karaoke facilities are locate in the back yard. They consist of 8 luxurious VIP and VVIP rooms, completely equipped with last technology karaoke equipment. Capacity of the rooms ranges from 6 to 30 persons. In this Karaoke area, there is also a bar where clients use to have a drink when all the rooms are booked. This Karaoke area is also provided with a large parking area, from which direct and discreet access is possible from the cars to the VIP rooms.
5. BUKIT (Hill): On the back of the Karaoke area, is the access to the Bukit. On the bukit there is a covered area for two billiard tables, a bar intended for the billiard players, three “brugas” (typical Indonesian rest area), and the waiting room for the Karaoke personnel (Partner songs).
PERSONNEL:
The Management consist of a General Manager, Operation Manager, Stock Manager, Admisistration and Finance Manager, Chief waiter, 8 waiters, 6 security agents, 2 gardeners, one chief cook and 4 kitchen helps. On top of this, 20 to 30 free lance Partner Songs for the Karaoke.
